Tip: Clean up any spills before they are allowed to cool, then all that is required is a wipe over after cooking has finished. Use a razor blade scraper to remove any larger hard to remove spills. Use a smooth top cleaner and protector (available from supermarket). This will help the smooth top retain its shiny finish and look like new.
